★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great desserts and even better service! My boyfriend and I got the sticky rice with mango on shaved ice and tofu dessert with sesame paste – both which were delicious. The sesame paste was the highlight since I’m pretty picky and usually find that dessert houses make theirs too gritty. This one was smooth and not too sweet. The owners even took the time to chat with us for a bit after we were done, which we really appreciated since we came all the way from Calgary. Definitely looking forward to coming here again the next time we stop by Vancouver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm absolutely in love with this place. Every time I visit Vancouver, I always come here at least twice during my few day visit.
Staff is incredibly friendly and sweet, place is clean and the dishes have the perfect amount of toppings, chewiness and sweetness. They are so patient with my adventurous toddler.
I've brought a couple people here with very little Asian food exposure and they've both loved it.
Don't tell my husband this, but their balls are the best I've ever had. *taro* balls, that is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best bubble tea and Cantonese style dessert store. You have to try their Durian pancake, and double layered steamed milk, so yummy and rare to find here in Vancouver. Sweet potato pearls jelly is my favorite. We tried almost every kind and all very good.
The lady owner is a pleasant person giving good service. Price is super too. You won’t be disappointed :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t let the exterior appearance of the place turn you away - the interior is very cozy and this place has quickly become one of my favourite places to visit for a quick snack over the last year. The lady owner is the sweetest and she takes such great care in remembering my favourite orders and also faces of her customers! Food is of great quality as well - I highly recommend their double steamed milk (very freshly made from scratch) and their wintermelon herbal jelly and taro ball drink (so refreshing in the summer!) they also make their taro paste and taro balls from scratch.
They take debit here so it is very convenient to pay :) Highly recommend this place as it is a hidden gem in this area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing desserts served with a smile. This is a locally owned business that serves authentic Taiwanese milk pudding, ice desserts and pancakes. Unlike blackball which is next door, this place is suited for Chinese palattes since the sweetness is very delicate and not coying. Great local place and would 100% recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was expecting better but wasn’t bad. I mean, can’t go wrong with taro, grass jelly, red bean and condensed milk. But they’ve raised the price and my friend said it’s less good than a few years ago.
Blackball is next door but I’d rather support mom and pop business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a hidden gem and reminds me of HK. The owners are super sweet and friendly! I ordered the mango and pomelo sago. My friend ordered the glutinous rice with mango. Perfectly sized portions on cute yellow dishes, the desserts were flavourful, fresh and not too sweet. The prices are also very reasonable prices. Definitely want to come back and try the other desserts.
