★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give ZERO stars to a bubble establishment, it would be Mr. Mustache Tea & Dessert this location specifically.
I made a order through Ubereats, Mango Macchiato with pearls , Peach Green Tea with pearls, and Mango Green Tea with pearls. The mango green tea was extremely sour and did not come with pearls. The peach green tea as well did not come with pearls, which was very disappointing as my friends were craving PEARLS. I also requested 50% sugar, for the peach green tea with pearls and it tastes so watered down it’s absolutely disgusting. The mango macchiato with pearls was the ONLY drink that was added pearls, but with a absurd amount of pearls that can be used for 2 drinks.
It’s not my first time ordering from this establishment as I had great previous experiences, I have never received a poor made bubble tea from this place. Until today, I tried to reach out, waited for someone to answer the phone and it went straight to voicemail…What kind of customer service is this?? I felt that I needed to share my experience, so no one would have to go through this poor service/customer service. This is my first time leaving a Google review for a establishment, as something this triggering has never happened to me. It’s crazy to me how this place even has 4.1 star rating on Google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed the flavors of the teas, their regular milk tea is one of my favourites in town.
As good as the teas were, I really appreciated their service. We ordered a strawberry machiatto for my son without realizing that there was tea in it, they changed it for a regular slush and also gave him some cookies which were great and very thoughtful.
I'll be back in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorable little spot with tasty bubble tea and cute desserts. I got the Iron Buddha Tea with pudding and the chocolate passion fruit cake. The tea was good and went well with my dessert. My friend got the macchiato and cheese cake, and I wish I got a macchiato too! It comes in a cute reusable tumbler. I'll be back just to get one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a hidden gem! The mini waffles (not pictured) are delicious as was this cake and this mango drink. If you haven’t tried this pastry cafe, you are missing out big time. I think I’m in love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot to have coffee, bubble tea and did I mention dessert. Make sure to stop, check this spot and try everything on their menu. IT’S FREAKING AMAZING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool twist to their macchiato drinks and very good quality to go cups. Almost to the point where I would want to reuse them. The beescake (cheesecake) was decent. The bottom did not stick to the bee, and didn't have a good dessert taste to it, but the bee itself was fantastic. I would come here again for their ice cold macchiato drinks since I've never had them anywhere else before. Unfortunately the plates they give are clearly what you expect at a summer BBQ. But don't let that dissuade you from comming for the drink experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on a Friday night with some friends. I ordered the Hazelnut Crunch with Boba. The drink was OK, presentation was nice. I would probably try a different drink if I go back. The only downside was finding a drink that could be made with 0 sugar. The staff was honest in telling me most flavours have some sort of sugar syrup added. Other than that the staff was great.
Atmosphere is nice, lots of opportunity for instagram photos.
