β β β β β The clerk is very rude and the flowers are very stale. They don't let me get close to the flowers, keep me far away, and don't let me decide the flowers that I want to match. Only let me give a rough price and she would decide for me. I really don't understand the flowers I buy can't decide the amt of flowers I choose. Packaging was very poor. I bought for my mom but I felt so suck cause the flower.The petals have shrunk, and the back of the many flowers are black and yellow from the front, and the packaging is very casual. She even put the better flowers in the innermost so that they are very short and not exposed. I really don't know that she is really packing I spent an hour studying. The level of the bouquet is not layered or seriously layered, it looks awkward, and a very disgusting shopping experience. won't come anymore.

β β β β β Everyone at the store was friendly but I came home and saw the bouquet of flowers that were made for me had some flaws.
One of the lilys in the back looked like it was closed from the front, but the back of it was missing petals. Some daisys were also missing from the front.

β β β β β The only florist I buy from! Great local shop with a nice selection of flowers. The florist here are very talented and staff are super accommodating. They never cease to amaze me with the bouquets they put together. Would highly recommend to anyone needing florist services!

β β β β β I am not a perfectionist. I just wanted a memorable mass for my angel. At first I asked if you can make me this kind of wreath, I even showed you a picture, I specifically said only a βsmall wreathβ and I wanted the ashes in the middle of the wreath, I even measured the urn by my hands, you even showed me one size wreath and I said smaller than that, I keep on repeating βonly a small wreathβ and you even told me βyeah we can do thatβ. I told you I donβt need a stand only the wreath. I am so disappointed. I am still thankful I had a flower for her mass but I am so disappointed. You could just call me, telling you canβt do it, that you are following your rules on doing specific wreaths etc.
*My opinion, my comment and base on my experience only. No hate, no bash. Thank you.

β β β β β Four seasons floristry never fails to impress me. I've been buying flowers from here for years now. The owner is super kind and thoughtful. I bought two bouquets for my friend's convocation and she offered me buckets to store the flowers in as i had to buy them ahead of time. The price is also not bad compared to other florist shops around too so i definitely recommend everyone to come here!

β β β β β Used Four Seasons and I can honestly say, the bouquet of flowers where seriously under par. Pretty similar to the flowers I usually get from Safeway (which are cheaper by almost $30). instead of addressing the issue and perhaps offering a better bouquet, they gave me 25% off for my next order (assuming id order from them again). I'd recommend to anyone, use Leis De Buds in Kitsilano (not to mention i provided a photo of theirs, and compared it and was given a response ''its a different style'' - well they used more than 7 roses and you used 3, and you're bouquet was just as expensive.
