M	Mr Anoymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude recpecionist doesn't know how to do her job stares at you and rolls her eyes. She doesn't even say hello when you walk in. She ignored me for 1 hour until I asked her when am I going in its been over one hour. She started to lecture me and say I know how to do my job stop talking to me. She is the rudest woman I have ever met. She picks up phone calls and slams them and talks back to patients. DR Wong you need a new receptionist. This woman she is terrible and rude , she needs to learn manners and common sense which she clearly lacks. This isn't a solitary confinement where she can be rude to us patients and talk back this is a family practice. She has talked back to me and even told me to shut up. Is this the type of woman you hire????? So unprofessional!!!!
A	A L E A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Wong is a very good doctor and he makes his patient feel at ease and informed. BUT! his receptionist is rude as she can be, she makes the patient feels ashamed on getting their time wrong and such. We prefer the old one.
K	Kristina Villon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best doctor our family has ever seen. He listens, takes your issues and comments seriously and is forthright, caring and professional. My whole family goes to him. He’s not like the other doctors office I have been to, he doesn’t charge for any notes or shots. He is genuinely concerned about your health and follows the proper protocols as a doctor. He takes the time to listen to the issues you may have and responds in a professional manner and this explains why his wait time is long. The receptionist was not rude to me this time and was actually nicer today.

I have been coming to Dr Wong for years and feel he is a great human being...However, his receptionist needs to be more pleasant, caring, and customer oriented. My first impression of her was that she was rude and completely unhelpful. I will see the receptionist in the near future and assess if she has improved..... (×) against her not the doctor. Lets see if she has a 2nd strike.

I asked her to change my appointment schedule as my kids is still in their school during that time and she rudely said “I don’t Care”. She always drop the call even you’re not yet done talking. She doesn’t know how to communicate properly. She usually didn’t understand what the client is saying and she loves blaming the client for her mistake..She need to attend some training about customer service. I hope Dr. Wong would hire like His previous receptionist who is very polite and kind to people. If this receptionist will stay there forever probably He will lose his patients/clients.
M	MR VEE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Asa Wong is a good an a reliable doctor. But she has a EXTREMELY RUDE RECEPTIONIST. (to the point you can't imagine) Not a client oriented, roll her eyes 95%of the time, dropped the phone intentionally and many more unmannered attitude. After reading some reviews I learned that most clients observed it and had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE from her. We prefer the previous receptionist as she is the completely opposite version of this lady.

I came 10 minutes early on my appointment, asked my email address on the spot but I did not get it right away on my phone. She told me to read the email she sent. she print the email." So basically if you're early you wait outside". She handed me the email print told me just letting you know. Well, missy if you're doing your job properly don't you think that you should let me know that in advance and not when I am already there. I get it protocols need to be in place but you should get that information available when you booked an appointment. RUDE, extremely rude with no sense of kindness at all. To top it all, I am the only one sitting there waiting, so why bother? Well, going to the clinic should make you feel right not walk out with feeling heavy.
