I came in with my grandmother to adjust/calibrate her hearing aid and everyone from the front desk to the technician was extremely helpful and made sure we understood exactly why we were there. Mathew (the tech.) was very patient and made sure we understood the results and how to use her current hearing aid. 10/10 recommend Expert Hearing Solutions and will be coming back for future hearing needs. They really know how to put the “expert” in their company name!

Mr. Matthew Lam did not only put me at ease, but delivered a very positive news on the testing. It turned out that my hearing loss is not as dire as the result of my first test and I don’t need any hearing aid for now. What a relief! I find Mr. Lam at Expert Hearing to be a very ethical and knowledgeable technician in his field and his primary care is for his patients’ best interests. I have been experiencing profound hearing loss for many years and to my surprise my hearing greatly improved after Dr Matthew recommended me to buy the bicros oticon . Being employed in the transportation industry I am constantly working in a stressful environment but the new hearing aids have been a life saver as I can communicate easily over the phone with the a special headset which is also compatible with the telecoil hearing aids. I am so grateful to Dr Matthew precious professional advice as thanks to him I am able to interact with my colleagues with more confidence than before. I would like to convey once again my deep appreciation to Dr Matthew and his assistant Mrs Jennie for their kindness, professionalism and patience during my numerous visits and would highly recommend their services to anyone who need the best hearing experts on the market.

Providing comfortable hearing tests to supplying me with a set of great quality hearing aids. Any minor issues I have had with the aids they have fixed and provided solutions in a very fast and professional manner. Jennie was really nice over the phone when providing information on their clinic and assisting the whole process. Did my hearing test with Matthew and did a free trial for the hearing aid recommended to me for my budget. Was a great and stress free experience, as I had many questions about the aid appropriate for me. Matthew was great and patient answering all my questions, and gave great advice for the hearing aid modals and how they could assist my hearing loss. After testing a few modals I decided and was really happy with the choice. Big thanks to Jeannie and Matthew for all their help and guidance as I went through this process! Would highly recommend anyone needing a hearing aid to check this clinic out and see Matthew!
