★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was greeted at the door by Melissa, who was friendly and approachable, and taken care of by Peggy Hatzoulis, the audiologist. If you have a hearing issue, this is the place to go!! There were able to fit me in for a same day appointment, and then Peggy expertly diagnosed and treated my condition. As a health care professional myself, I know that frontline workers are under a lot of stress at this time. Melissa and Peggy make the time to answer your questions, and go above and beyond to do all that they can to help. Truly thankful for such a great team!

Melissa went out of her way to help solve an issue with a lost hearing aid and Talia Glassman, the Audiologist, did an amazing and thorough exam and took the time to listen to all the concerns, and explain all the different options to address them. A wonderful experience.

My husband and I have been impressed by the friendly professional service provided by Lindsey and her assistant Melissa. All our questions have been answered doing our weekly meetings and the technology is amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend Lindsey @ Nexgen Hearing in Kerrisdale. You are greeted by Melissa who is friendly & efficient, plus high protocols for Covid in this office. Lindsey is knowledgeable and very patient in explaining hearing aid options. She also took the time to listen & help pick the appropriate hearing aid re- my other health issues. I needed hearing aids for a few years and I was hesitant in getting them but Lindsey helped with this transition. It’s also nice that you can go back to their office if you need something adjusted or have any questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for earwax removal, and the audiologist got it done professionally and quickly. Other clinics are not as responsive for earwax removal and some do not offer this service, but this hearing clinic does. I’m glad that this clinic helped me with my near sudden hearing loss from a clogged earwax and I appreciate the work that this branch has done to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been very fortunate to meet here the audiologist Peggy Hatzoulis. Peggy is a brilliant professional, very knowledgeable and super-efficient. She has tuned the hearing aid solution to my quite complicated problem, and thus opened for me a colourful world of hearing. It is the third time that I am getting a hearing aid during the years, so I do have a frame of reference to compare. Indeed this time, thanks to Peggy, I have had the best experience ever!
Moreover, Peggy is not only a high level professional; she is also a very compassionate person who has made the somewhat tense process of matching a hearing aid to a pleasant experience.
