I worked with a realtor named Gary Dhillon at this location around Mar. 2015 trying to purchase a property as we had sold our property and needed a place fast. We found a property with Gary that we liked and decided to put an offer on it. During this process, Gary sneaked a buyers agreement contract which he did not explain to us what it really was nor did he give us a copy of (Note this is a very stressful and hectic time for anyone who is in the process of selling/moving). Unfortunately, we couldn't come to an agreement on this property and we ended up finding a property on our own through a foreclosure site to which Gary was fully aware of and ended up buying this property through another realtor. Gary was fully aware of all my dealings and never did he mention to me that I was under any contract with him. On Sept. 2017 2+ years later I received a letter from Gary's lawyer demanding commission for the property I had purchased. I had no clue about the contract. Currently, we are in court proceedings and I have a complaint with Realestate Council Of BC about this matter. If you are dealing with Gary Dhillion from this office please be very careful as to what you sign. Make sure you read everything carefully. Do not believe in what he says and make sure you have a 3rd party witness anything you sign with him & save all your correspondence with him. Gary Dhillion not only failed me, lied to me & took advantage of my trust during a stressful situation. He is a cheat. Do not fall for his fake smile and the way he presents himself as a family man. I will never deal with this location & Gary Dhillon again and warn others who are thinking about it. Also his managing Director Howard Or also refused to do anything about this matter.
