When me and my wife started looking for our first home together, Brian had a meeting with us and went over everything in such great detail such as the new mortgages requirements to where the best resale value would be. My wife does have some particular tastes and he made sure to answer every question that she had and he took notes on everything that she wanted in our first home. When we started looking for places, he already had so many places lined up for us to look at and spent an entire Saturday looking at about eight or nine homes. Then he was able to find one home that was just perfect for us and he worked really hard for us to get us a great deal.
