He managed to help us buy our first apartment, never pressuring us to settle for anything less than exactly what we were looking for.
As first time homebuyers, the entire process of trying to find a place to call home was incredibly overwhelming, especially in a competitive market like Vancouver. I can honestly say having Gary guide us through the entire experience was key in getting the condo we wanted. He always went above and beyond expectations, getting us early showings for properties we really liked and making sure we always had the necessary info to make educated and competitive offers.
