Text, phone, email, in-person. He also kept us in the loop at all times with what was going on with offers and gave us sound, professional and effective advice. Lots of realtors in the lower mainland, but sunny knows his stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had showing with one of realtor and my experience was bad. They will ask you some questions and if it doesnt fit their criterion, they would just hustle you out the door. I understand their standards can be quite high , but you can at least be nice to people coming by. Not ever gonna do another showing with this realty. Thanks
