Really nice people, cozy place

Great place for frames and sunnies for low to high brands for wonderful prices. They have good eye doctors during Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays so its highly recommended to book appointments in advance as it gets quite busy.

Worst place ever, they tried to charge me twice as much for progressive lenses, 100 dollars, when everyone else charged 50. I got frames, with in a month the coating on the frames peeled off. My friend went there and picked frames, a week later they weren't ready. They switched frames on him. There was blue on the outside of the arms, the ones they gave him was blue on the inside of the arms, she insisted they were the ones he picked ( i saw the ones he picked they were not the same) Richard went back a week after that, they still weren't ready. The sales women said the lenses weren't ready they had to make the special lenses. He waited another week. Then they couldn't get the tint right. Then they had to send them to the US because they didn't have the right equipment to do his lens. After 4 weeks he finally got them. They looked OK , they weren't the ones he picked out but it was close and he had waited so long he took them. After waring them for a few hours he realized one lens wasn't right he could see better without them. So he called he was asked to come in and see the optometrist. He called and was told the optometrist was to busy and couldn't see him. Richard went down there again explaind the optometrist the problem. Another week passes. He goes today to pick them up, the lens were worst than before, after almost 7 weeks he canceled the order and walked out. They complained they spent a lot of money on his lenses, if they had gotten it right the first time there wouldn't be a problem. He had never had such a problem getting glasses. His vision was not much different from the last ones he had from another company. They weren't answering his calls until he blocked his number and then they picked up right away. We both had awful service and products. If you get your eyes tested there I would get a second opinion.
