★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst customer service here today. When we got in line she seemed very irritated that she had customers. She didn’t say hi, didn’t ask what we wanted, and just stared at us. So I went on to politely order a sweet cream cold brew for my husband and then my husband added that he’d like a shot of espresso. I then ordered a PSL, and she rudely said “and?” so I continued on, asked for it to be half sweet. We paid. Then we realized she charged us for two cold brews and a PSL. We brought this to her attention and said we just wanted the two drinks, for the two of us. She went “well it’s too late and you paid for them”. She didn’t offer an apology or a refund or anything and then turned her back to us and ignored us so we left. So disappointed in how this girl treated us today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small kiosk but extremely busy. I witnessed Andee at the till have a hard time with a few customers but she remained calm and held amazing customer service with a smile throughout the obvious stressful long line up. I must compliment Andee and Taylor for a pleasant experience each and every time I purchase a drink at this location! For how long the line usually is with only 2 of them, these girls work so hard and get these drinks out fast!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always a great experience get my coffee from Andee and Taylor in the AM when I am out and about. They light up my morning and are positive, cheery, and definitely hard working baristas! Amazing ladies and I'd recommend popping in to get a coffee from them if you are in the neighbourhood!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hardly ever come to this location, and the last time I was here was probably 3 or 4 months ago, and at that time they did not have any frappuccinos due to their blender being broken, and it was the same excuse today!
Kind of coincidental that there would be another issue with the blender the one and only time I came back months later.
I asked the batista what kind of blender they use, and she stated Vitamix, and I have a Vitamix blender myself, and know that they are practically indestructible. Perhaps they just don't feel like making frappuccinos? If that's not the case, then at least invest in a second blender! Talk about a poor way to manage a business.
In addition to that, I couldn't believe how many things they were out of as posted on the list pasted on the glass where you order.
Who is running this Starbucks?
They're exhibiting a very poor showing of the Starbucks brand, and need to clean up their act, not to mention all the business they are losing through these incompetencies!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought all Starbucks suppose to taste the same. I had a white chocolate Peppermint at the South Centre mall that was so good I decided to buy it again at the Seton branch. The taste difference was like night and day to the point I took it back thinking they gave me the wrong order. It turned they forgot to add the Peppermint but even after adding it the taste was no where near the one I had at the South Centre Mall. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product quality good or what you would expect from Starbucks. Service was a bit slow as they were training staff which I was OK with but I had sometime to waste so I was OK with the wait. Overall friendly staff and product quality was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this place once and from that only visit I can say it is a great location. Inside of the Save on foods, it has a few tables outside and a few inside, the baristas are very nice and polite and like any other Starbucks they offer pretty decent coffee options. If in the area I would not hesitate to come back to.it.
