Ordered a large fry they filled it half way.
Once again it happened.
Also they like to give 9 nuggets when you order 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty poor experience today. Ordered one cheeseburger with extra pickles and two combos. Lady at drive thru couldn't understand a word, they don't actually LISTEN when you talk to them. Of course they forgot the cheeseburger. It seems like as soon as you ask for something that deviates from the conventional menu item (like Xtra pickle) it messes up their system.
So.. we go back through the drive thru. They're again utterly confused by what I'm trying to tell them (that they forgot an item). Not a simple "sorry we'll make the order right", nothing. Who manages this place. I will NOT be going out of my way to return to this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My VISA card wasn't working and I didn't have my other card or change so the gentleman at the drive thru bought my coffee with his own money. The very simple gestures are often the ones that have the biggest effect. I'll ensure I pay this forward. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if I could. Always slow service, today we waited 7 or 8 minutes after paying at the drive through for a happy meal only. The car behind us had to wait but still got their food before us.
Obviously the managers are incompetent or have other priorities besides serving the paying customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here twice, and got our food wrong/ gross the first time, second time (drive through)waited for food to be brought out and was patient ( especially since it was busy)till at least the 10th car received their food....so I asked the lady (she was kind & felt bad) she told me they didn't know our order inside so I had to go in to prove I had paid and tell them 3 more times what the order was & wait another stupid amount of time ? Will not happen a third time. (picture shows our blizzards the one had an orange syrup or something..)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s hard to rate this McDonald’s. The people are great and their customer service is always top notch. But I’d like to come here and and receive the correct order in the drive through.
The staff take the order correctly. But only one time have we received what we ordered and paid for.
For a family with multiple allergies, this is very frustrating because we cannot just “deal” with it.
And, to add, why would you think to put the cheese on the bottom in this situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this McDonalds. As many have mentioned, the service is sloooow. We sat behind someone who ordered four drinks for 10 minutes.
They have yet to give me what I ordered, often adding or forgetting items. Perhaps if they actually took an order properly it would help. They often say “sorry, just a minute” while you’re in the middle of ordering.
If you do get what you ordered, it is sloppily put together or burned.
Just skip it.
