I didn't have any issues with it, but it is a little over priced, which seems to be more to do with the current cost of food everywhere and less to do with C.V. I might come back if I have the munchies.

The pork carnitas container was almost empty so instead of getting more she scrapped the sides resulting in two very small enchiladas. The service has never been great. We only go back because the food is usually good so we suffer through the poor service. We usually go here once a week. After night I doubt we will go back again.

Jeff, the manager, cleared up a misunderstanding on my part, and I felt valued and respected as a customer. We will always be loyal customers, Costa Vida. Count on it. I saw some of the one-star ratings people gave to be mean, so I am doing my part to help bring up the ratings. People have no idea what it takes to run a business in these times of Covid, and especially in serving haughty, entitled people. It would do for some of these people to work behind a counter to see what these servers have to endure, yet remain cheerful and polite. Patience, kindness and respect. That's all it takes to make the world better.

Very friendly crew and the meal tasted amazing! A little on the pricey side, but considering the quality (freshly pressed and cooked tortillas and fresh tasting toppings) it's worth it.

The food taste: this is the reason they get 4 stars from me, it was tasty and i will try it again but when i am not starving. The Staff: i found them professional enough

Far too often rudness from customers is looked the other way on all in the name of "the customer is always right" more places should take note from this business/franchise owner and stand up for their employees. On a separate note, the food was great, very fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and happy to help.
