★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I truly loved the way Roman served my meal with so much love. Girl you’re really patient.I knew my boss was being a little rude, but you just rocked us with your 5 star service. Offered us a glass of water and asked how’s everything. Other employees always give something for free but never felt like posting a review. On the other hand ,girl you made me feel extra special with your sweet words only. Thanks girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always very nice staff when I come and the bowls are well made. I just ordered a Teriyaki Twist bowl for pick-up and my online order went wrong and it didn’t put in that I wanted chicken, which I discovered when I went in to pick it up. I was going to grab my wallet from the car to pay to add the chicken last minute but the man working took my order out to me and said to not worry, and he gave me the chicken in my bowl for free. Great customer service! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this location. We order from them routinely for our office lunches. They don't lose their cool when they're swamped and food delivery service drivers get impatient, they're professional and polite, the food is delicious. The owner (Soup) and one of the other employees (Elisabeth) stayed open late when I accidentally set the order for "Pick Up" instead of "Delivery" and I didn't realize it. Fantastic service, which explains why they're so often busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, quick and healthy meals!! For gluten allergies, try the Mediterranean bowl or the Bamboo bowl. For dairy allergies try the Teriyaki twist or Buddha's satay bowls! Awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always loved this store. Tonight ordered the "New" Lemon Grass Soup. Granted through Skip. However it was not even warm. Not even luke warm. Asked for Avo in the Burrito and there was none. A pity as I really enjoy Freshii..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s beyond me how bad you can screw up a simple Mediterranean salad. The most stale disgusting ingredients were used the olives aren’t kalamata and no avocados were used either. Will never go back again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious flavours, BUT THE SLOWEST SERVICE EVER during early evenings. I don’t mean to offend the young lady that works that shift, but I have order from this location 3 times and I’ve always had to wait 15-20mins and there is only 1 person ahead of me. TODAY and the LAST TIME I WILL COME TO THUS LOCATION BECAUSE OF FINDING TWIRLED METAL IN MY FOOD! My order included food for my Toddler, WHAT IF THIS CAUSED HARM TO MY CHILD!?
