Starbucks was a dream today. My wife ordered and payed ahead using their app. All I had to do was go in and pick it up. Everything was ready and I was in and out in 3 minutes flat. All in all, a successful trip.

Decent. Wish they wouldn't continually mess up my order. But oh well. I keep going back anyways. Coffee is great. Only place that makes cold brew well. Tried timmies, blenz, other coffee shops, none make it as good.

My first write up vanished, so here’s a rundown: I stopped in at the Village Green Starbucks May 9, late morning. Two baristas were fulfilling orders for 2 couples, and the coffee shop was not busy.I approached the woman at the till who was chatting with a woman who may or may not have been a customer. It was apparent they were having a personal conversation. I am a patient person but really, I must have stood practically in front of her for getting on to 5 minutes. I turned my head away as this was becoming awkward, then after a few more heartbeats I heard her say β€œhelloooooo” and I was surprised and offended to see her waving her hands in front of her face, as a rude person would do to get the attention of someone they considered a day dreaming dolt. The more I think about this incident the angrier I become. I have never before encountered a Starbucks employee who needed customer service orientation more than this middle aged woman. The young baristas were friendly and professional but this 50-ish gal needs training.

This was not a good morning. I went to first Starbucks and they were doing road construction so no water, not their fault. So I thought I would make an online order for fast pick up. I placed my order at 8:05 app said it would be ready at 8:12. I went into store, was greeted and they said it would be a few more minutes. I sat down and waited. Two people came in and ordered at till, their drinks were made and they left, another lady came for online pick up and she waited. Now it is 8:23 and he asks the lady what her order was, he makes it and she leaves. I ask do you have an order for Amber. He proceeds to search in garbage can then I have to retell him my order finally get my order by 8:27. The worst part is, while I am patiently waiting, the employees are discussing how he still felt nauseous that morning. Let's hope I don't get sick from a coffee that took forever. Somedays I think that being quiet and patient doesn't pay.
