They said no problem, came in next day and it was printed black and white and they said the printer must have had a problem. They also did poorly cutting business cards I ordered previously as well, I would go anywhere else now and have learned my lesson.

I also bought new ipad mini and same thing. I give up after spending nearly 1000.00 and items are not satisfactory. I was sent a survey to rate service and those are only posted if review was good!

My printer broke and I needed a two page document printed, called to ask how I go about bringing them the right files etc, only to be looped on the phone for 15 minutes. Finally got in touch with someone in another department, and they put me through to the same line that wasn’t being answered and gave me no option to leave a message. Then, got in touch with what seemed like a manager, and she made excuse after excuse about why they couldn’t answer my call. “Oh they’re just so busy!” This manager decided to just answer the questions I had (why she didn’t do this initially, I do not know) then I let her know that I hope next time around it’s easier to get in touch with them. I was a paying customer that received no apology for this nonsense, and look, I don’t need apologies, but the incessant excuses simply put me over the edge of a reasonable experience. Called a different print shop in Vernon and not only did they answer the phone, they gave me direct advice. Like expected. Sorry staples, but my business is going elsewhere. Figure it out!!! We’re ALL busy, it’s 2021.

Every time I go there the staff, Steven Sword and manager Ryan among a few, give service that is second to none. So helpful, friendly and they go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend Staples in Vernon!
