★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stood in line outside the door at 7 pm no hours 9n the door stating they closed at 7 and a worker comes out and said sorry we are closed.. next ordered from skip the dishes and they told.me 30 mins and then they called me back and said o sorry we r.closed it was 6 pm what the heak..not sure if I will ever go back...Will continue to use skip the dishes buy never KFC again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order online on May 16. The store called to cancel 15 minutes before I was to pick up to tell me they had closed. It is now the 27th and no refund. I have called kfc.ca, kfc head office and the vernon storewide no results. Do not go to this kfc. I would give 0 stars but it won't let me post without 1star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been years since I have had KFC and after spending over 50 buck for a meal I will definitely not ever eat at the vernon location ever again. The worst food a have ever had, hopefully my family and I don't get sick!!!!
I am very surprised they are still open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quite surprised when I was waiting for my order, when a man came in. He was very dirty but went behind the counter a did something on the computer and talked with the cashier then carried on into the kitchen. He never washed his hands before touching anything, the same stuff the cashier touches and then handles my items. At any restaurant you have to wash your hands. Why didn't he?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you do take-out, CHECK your order in front of the cashier (you most likely will be missing something) count the pieces of chicken! 3 times in a roll missing sidings and pieces of chicken… the manager will try and fix it with free food next time, which it is appreciated the first time, but the second a third time it is just too much…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janet served us at the front counter. She was the sweetest kindest lady! Absolutely love her attitude and warmth. We got two full meals for 12 bucks as per her recommendation. Food was hot and came out fast.
Keep on rocking it Janet! Thank you for making our experience that much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting location. Very run down and dirty. Staff have no clue about the products and food out of stock and well makes sense why KFC is dying! Really needs some attention. Head office intervention. Water leaking in seating area and was blocked by metal bench and no one bothered to clean up. Save you money and health!

We ordered online ahead of time. Both times we have had to wait a few minutes, but that's because they want to cook up everything hot and fresh for us.
I added a large fountain drink to my order when I came in. I was about to pay by debit but the woman behind the counter said don't bother because she expected me to pay extra fees. This gesture went a long way.
The plant sandwich tasted better than I was expecting. My girlfriend is from the Philippines and had a major fried chicken craving. She was happy with her fried chicken.
The dine in area is more spacious than you would expect from the outside. I noticed the woman was very helpful with the other customers coming into the store too.
