β β β β β Cool store! Bought a light fixture which was taped up with old yellow tape. The owner was probably not aware that part was broken at the time of sale. They were more than fair and gave us a credit for the fixture on our next purchase. We will get the fixture repaired but with the credit it should cover the cost. We will definitely be back! Lots of very interesting and unusual items.

β β β β β Really good antique store - tho not a βmallβ; movie, auto, military, TOYS, china- lots of amazing quality items. Many items in the box or complete sets of collectibles. Good staff and nicely laid out store. Will def go back when in the area!

β β β β β As a New Patron to the Building,I was Disappointed in the Customer Service. The Wife judged as soon as we walked in.Felt unwelcome.. we stood and got ignored until the Husband asked her to serve us.Thank you.but won't be Returnin.She Needs to work on her people skills..The Husband alot more Nice Non-Judgemental.More Welcoming.
.Highly Recommended is the Antique store across from this one.as she was very Friendly and Welcoming and who I will be Dealing with for Now and yes Purchases was made there as well.

β β β β β the owner of the store was rude. He accused me of trying to tell him how to run his business when i was merely trying to deal on a LP I was polite and he was just ignorant . I am a collector and have forgotten more than he knows . We were merely negotiating a price and I could not believe how rude he became . I was civil the entire time
I do not complain as a general rule and i think this might be the second time in 20 years I feel obligated to warn people about a proprietor . Funny thing is I was warned about him from more than one person in the industry and now I believe the stories . He strikes me as the kind of guy that would treat a prospective customer poorly. If a person was looking for something and he found it at competitors location he would likely buy it and mark it up instead of telling you about it and have you return because of excellent customer service. To be fair I don't know if he has done this but I believe that is his character.
Also he would not warranty a record if it skips . If it is not bargain bin
record the standard is guaranteeing it not to skip.
I am not sure he would honor a warranty or his word. Sad to say .
As I said I am not one of these guys who complains but feel obligated to say something when someone is rude, doesn't know the product (records) and likely does not honor his word . I see others have had bad experiences as well . And there are good reviews too. Take your chances I guess. I would not buy a big ticket item from him that's for sure.

β β β β β Great antiques, and lots of them. Downside was the shopkeeper: she gave me the weirdest vibes, right off the bat. I donβt know if she thought I was a shop-lifter or whatβ¦but I donβt think she liked me being there. It was just strange.

β β β β β Probably one of the Hands down coolest antique shops in the Okanagon, phenomenal selection of auto memorabilia among thousands of other items, itβs crazy!, you can immerse yourself in this store for several hours and barely experience even half of the wonders contained within! The staff is friendly and receptive as well as extremely knowledgeable, prepare to spend the better part of the day here! Items are well selected and of good quality and relative historical value. I love the fact that you experience sensory overload and cognitive dissonance simultaneously as you are overwhelmed with the sheer quantity of items contained within the walls of this business, be prepared to dedicate several hours to exploring this place!

β β β β β Wow. My sister , mom and I just spent about 2.5 hours in this store. This store is the embodiment of an authentic Antique experience. I highly recommend checking this place out for one of a kind of pretty much anything you may be into. The service by the owner is also fantastic, he definitely added to our amazing experience. ? Will be back!
