โ โ โ โ โ Rented a thick wet suit to dive in my pool (we've been searching for a leak for months). They gave me the WORKS - including fins and hood. The suit was so warm, I was able to stay in the cold water for hours doing repairs - plus they let me keep it 2 extra days to complete my job! Top notch equipment - nowhere else in Vernon has this type of gear and knowledge!

โ โ โ โ โ I recently got my PADI Open Water diving certification with Innerspace and it was an awesome experience! The class size was small enough that the instructor was able to give everyone enough attention, the pool facility was nice and clean, the instructor was patient, funny, and very knowledgeable, and the rental gear was top notch! Even though we had to dive in the lake in November, the wet suits kept me warm which allowed me to enjoy the experience so much more. I highly recommend Innerspace Watersports!

โ โ โ โ โ A very friendly staff member spent some time answering questions when I stopped in on a whim. I will certainly consider then if I decide to trade my canoe for some kayaks instead. Can't really blame them for having no kayaks available, 5 stars otherwise.

โ โ โ โ โ Service was good, selection average, business ethics subpar. We purchased an item which was labeled at $145 but have been charged $165 on the basis that neoprene prices have gone up a lot! Seriously, will never go back to a business that charges more than the sticker priceโฆ

โ โ โ โ โ Brooke was amazing! Provided exceptional service when I was looking for a life jacket for our son. They didn't have it in stock, and she followed up when their new stock arrived and brought it back from the Kelowna store to Vernon for us. Top notch service and so appreciated!

โ โ โ โ โ We highly recommend this business. We recently moved to BC and purchased a kayak from this business (kelowna location) in the early Spring. We ended up not loving the tandem style kayak that we bought and called the owner (Chad) at the Vernon location to discuss our options. The Kayak was in like new condition but much to our surprise, Chad offered to take it back and offer us at a full store credit many months later. He then spent 45 minutes educating us about Kayaks and what the right kayaks would be for us. He was incredibly knowledgable and helpful in a straight to the point kind of way (which is a style that we appreciate). The store is very impressive as well as the staff. This is "THE" place to buy a kayak, (as well as many other things that they offer). Thank you Chad.
