★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in to speak with the service desk and was left on hold for quite some time so I called back. After calling back I was told the service staff was busy, the person took down my info and was supposed to have them call me back, which never happened just like every other time I deal with this retailer. Not quite sure why I continue to go back here considering I always have the same issue but I think this is officially my last attempt. Unless you are spending big money on a new unit the service is terrible at this shop. From what I have been hearing this is a constant issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time in this place, I phoned before going and made an inquiry about a part which they had. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't seem to have much of a selection of bikes and Quads, but that may be due to Covid-19. Will update on my next trip to Lethal. 4 stars because of the parking lot.
