★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordering was super easy and they had almost everything in stock, everything else wasn’t far behind. The delivery guy was actually the warehouse manager who worked late to deliver our order, and provided exceptional customer service! Very happy with the experience at Ashley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly at the store. They were able to get my last minute item on the same delivery as my other items, so that saved me another delivery fee. The two fellas that delivered all of my items (3 full rooms) were very efficient, professional and extremely respectful of my home and the furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been work with Sean this pass two weeks, he has been been extremely knowledgeable about the different products. He has also been very understanding when we changed our minds numerous times over the course of a few weeks and had to credit us and write up new orders.
Will definitely be back to see him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had some excellent dealings with Ashley’s. They definitely stand behind their product. Wait times have been frustrating however. I understand the issues around that however. My only real complaint is that the staff wear plastic visors instead of required masks and even the delivery people ( who were very polite and efficient) wore neck cloths rather that appropriate masks especially during a huge Covid outbreak. I struggle with serious asthma and would not do well if I got covid I felt very disrespected. I shouldn’t have to ask that they wear surgical masks. This is obviously a management issue. They’re not taking the health and safety of their customers and staff seriously. I am really uncomfortable when I’m in the store but I do love the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from sales right to delivery. Shortage of stock makes shopping difficult, unfortunately. If I had time to wait on certain pieces I would have purchased more! Overall I would come back again for sure.

We went to other furniture stores in the area
And out of town and either it was mucho $$$$, the quality was not there or the sales associates were on you like a pack of dogs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesman Sean from Ashley Furniture was really great. He was personable and attentive without being pushy. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me options.
The delivery guys were from Browns delivery in Vernon. They were wonderful and strong. Both were very careful moving the furniture up a steep hill that had snow and into my house. I would recommend Browns Moving anytime.
