The quality of the products is exemplary- the level of service from shopping experience to warranty is the best I have had the pleasure of receiving. No I don’t work there or at their Kelowna location.
Even if you are the fussiest of fussiest, you won’t be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think that the people at Beachcomber are wonderful. They are very accomodating, knowledgeable and helpful. What I like the most about this company is the fact that they are local. I know that they are always giving back to the local communities (like purchasing kids 4-H projects - just one example) I think that it's a two way street, you support local. Local supports you. We bought our hot tub and some furniture from them and the service was wonderful. We found everyone very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a high dresser was not impressed . For $2000. Bucks was very poorly made . They said it was German made but wasn’t . The drawer glides fell off I had to take the back off to try and fix it . Was horrified when I saw how it was made . Tiny wood glued and stapled together . It was all made of a fiber board almost like cardboard . With a very thin veneer on it .they said it was solid wood was not at all . Could have had one made way better with real wood . That’s why the drawer glides fell off it wasn’t real wood at all . This all happened in the first few months . Some of the thin supports were not even stapled so the back was all wonky on it as well . Not good quality for the money .

Our kids felt it was so comfortable and fun, they are even asking to stop in to say hi... pretty amazing when a locally owned business can provide such a great atmosphere where everyone feels welcome! 10+ years and they still have a great thing going on. Highly recommend supporting Beachcomber Home Leisure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Beachcomber store has people who know hot tubs, who understand customer service and who take the time to explain what to do to maintain a healthy, functional hot tub. Plus they have the parts, or can get them pronto. Very satisfied since 2007.
