The Copy and Print Centre customer service is absolutely horrible. I called ahead of time to ask how long it would take to print a poster and the guy said they would print it right away, so I planned my day based on that answer. However, when I got to the store the woman working there said it would take an hour and was incredibly rude. She did not take time to explain the type of paper they would print it on and did not confirm the size with me. In fact, they printed it the wrong size when I came back after an hour and then they printed a new one in minutes... I will definitely not be printing there again.

There are few experiences so good, I need to immediately go on and leave a review. My experience today was that good with Staples' Print Center. Specifically, Nella was absolutely amazing. We explained an urgent situation and she helped us out and got the job done rushed. I cannot thank Nella and this location enough. 100% recommend the curb-side pickup.

Very upsetting and frustrating experience. We placed a printing order and the website said 3 business days to ship. We've contacted the store up to 10 times A DAY for 5 days in a row to confirm we'd get it on time and not a single time has anyone picked up in the entire store, from any department! So - I emailed Staples and they said it is IN PRODUCTION... TWO DAYS LATER, I get an email stating it has been CANCELLED due to profanity. I was shocked! I called Staples, the rep seemed a bit confused as well at first probably wondering how it got cancelled then came back after putting me on hold stating there is nothing they can do, 9 days after placing an order, it has been cancelled. There are no restrictions visible on your website and before accepting the project giving false hope and information saying it is approved and your delivery date is etc. or even in an email saying it is in production, you should say "your order is not fully accepted yet, we will review your work once we receive it and let you know if it is acceptable under our rules and guidelines (CLICK HERE TO SEE THEM) and in the meantime feel free to get your stuff printed elsewhere if it is time sensitive since we do not have a guaranteed delivery date!" Not promise you 3 days, approve it, take your money, then just throw you in the dark 9 days later ESPECIALLY AFTER USING THEIR WEBSITE TEMPLATE TO DESIGN YOUR ARTWORK! Very annoying. Also worst part, wait for it, they told me in order to get my refund I have to go into the store with my credit card... When I never went into the store to begin with, I placed an order online, and now I have to go INTO the store to NOT get my item but get back my money they took from me. Major inconvenience and I will never ever support Staples ever again as this experience pretty much summed up how little they care about customers and loyalty and their rules need to be updated.

Unethical Business strategy they are using. One word they are playing with words with the customers. Each employees has different rules. No one is clear to 1 strict rules. Be careful about what they are saying. If they are promising anything verbally please don't believe them. Try to take their words on paper. Then if they reject what they said, you could sue them. I have suffered but i don't want you guys to suffered. Be careful. The best advice is Shop other places instead of here.
