Inexperienced photographers out here. I was told to return back if something is wrong with the photo and they’ll redo it for free of cost. Photo came out with shadow and when I went back to get it redone! Manager out there was rude and argued saying he won’t be able to redo it for free and gonna charge me where other staff clearly said they can redo it for free when I got it done! So I had to walk out paying them for nothing! Don’t go there for photo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never leave negative reviews but I just have to say don’t get anything printed here. A month ago I had a horrible experience getting business cards printed. One employee had to go get someone else to help.. and they had to go get someone else to help. In the middle of helping me this girl answers a phone call and is on the phone for like 10 minutes. Anyways 30 minutes later.. my order is finally placed. Then they tell me their printer is down and they would send it to hub and it would be a couple days. Like omg they couldn’t have told me that 30 minutes ago..
So then I leave.. I fineally get and email 3 weeks later! That my order is done. Like twice as long as it should have taken.
So today I go to pick that order up and my business cards are all crooked.. like with white spaces around the edge and crooked too.. obviously it wasn’t supposed to look like that.. I really wouldn’t suggest spending the time and money on ordering stuff here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure if I've ever given this low a rating. I printed two orders, both were confirmed complete. My wife was in to pick up yesterday and they gave her one order, forgot the second. Not a problem, I went back this morning after 9am to realize they only opened 30 minutes later. An associate said hi outside on his way in and got my information, then went into the store and called me to confirm the order was ready for pickup and already paid for. But he also explained that he could not give it to me for another 30 minutes as their system was not yet operational. So I waited 30 minutes on the parking lot, went inside as they open and was handed an envelope. I did not have to pay, I did not have to sign, there was literally no interaction with any system. Anyone could have walked that envelope out as I arrived so I too could open my business on time. As a small business owner this is absolutely unacceptable, and in a small town, unbelievable! I've now taken an additional 5 minutes to write this review hoping Staples management will change the culture they've created in Steinbach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to purchase a printer that was out of stock, at first they wouldn’t allow me to purchase because of the pandemic and online site stated they were out of stock. Called head office and they were able to contact the manager. Manager of the store was super helpful and was able to honor me with the discounted rate of the previous day. Really appreciate the help and customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. I had bought Sony WF-C500 wireless headphones that stopped charging after the first week. I had bought the extra warranty but could not register a claim through the website. I brought the receipt, warranty and headphones to this store and they replaced them with no hassle! I think the service rep helping me was Jeff, very efficient. I'm very relieved and happy with the service I received today. Thank you!!
