★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff treated me like I was a thief. I walked around looking for a fire stick, while being stared at. I had to ask for help, and then was ushered to the cash event Hough I was not finished shopping. I will never step foot in this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very very unpleasant service with an employee who gave me attitude when asked for info on how to transfer photos from a phone onto a USB stick on to the laptop which I have bought at your store. He informed me as per company procedures he told me it would cost $ 80.00. Is this how you provide customer service at a price,when we go there for help and assistance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the store today looking for a new laptop (15 minutes and no staff interaction). I had information and events outside and sat on the bench in the fresh air without my mask on so I could consider the 3 I was looking at. 1 of your female employees came outside stood less than 5 feet away from me and started smoking. Very rude and less than 30 feet from the doors. Needless to say because of this employee you lost a sale today of not only the laptop but other accessories too and I will not consider coming into this store again. I will go to Kingston to shop at Staples. Disgusting......
