La dernière fois c'était pas plus tard qu'hier. Mon laptop semblait avoir rendu l'âme et un technicien d'une entreprise concurrente (bien connue à Thetford) m'avait dit qu'il s'agissait fort probablement de la carte-mère. Selon lui, je devrai m'acheter un nouveau laptop (il avait posé son diagnostic en 2 minutes et sans même prendre le temps d'ouvrir mon appareil). C'est donc sans trop d'espoir que j'amène mon laptop chez Kingsville Informatique, qui en moins d'une heure a réussi à trouver le problème (finalement en lien avec la batterie) et faire revivre ma précieuse machine! L'opération ne m'a coûté que quelques dizaines de dollars... plutôt que plusieurs centaines de dollars pour un nouveau laptop. De plus, nos échanges via Messenger ont été très rapides et informatifs. À partir de maintenant, Kingsville Informatique devient d'office mon choix #1 pour tout ce qui a trait à l'informatique et aux téléphones. Merci encore pour votre excellent service! I have dealt with Kingsville Computing a few times over the past 2 years and have always had excellent service. The last time was no later than yesterday. My laptop seemed to have given up the ghost and a technician from a competing company (well known in Thetford) had told me that it was most likely the motherboard. According to him, I will have to buy myself a new laptop (he had made his diagnosis in 2 minutes and without even taking the time to open my device). It is therefore without much hope that I bring my laptop to Kingsville Informatique, which in less than an hour has managed to find the problem (ultimately related to the battery) and revive my precious machine! The operation only cost me a few tens of dollars ... rather than several hundred dollars for a new laptop. In addition, our exchanges via Messenger were very fast and informative. From now on, Kingsville Informatique is automatically my # 1 choice for everything related to computers and phones. Thanks again for your excellent service!
