They denied my friend service because he said he found a cheaper bicycle elsewhere.
There are cheaper bicycles at other stores.
There's a bicycle store on Pitt, there's another one in the industrial area, and SportChek sells bicycles too. Please shop around before you support "bicycle world".
The owner here was very rude, and it's time to show rude business owners like this one that the customer is always right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bike Ive ever bought and also the most expensive. No warrantys so a 700$ bike becomes a a dead weight.. a month and its broke multiple times. I pay to get it fixed 2 days later it breaks again. Young probably underpaid staff who cant really be bothered. I would not buy a bike from here. I would not even bring a bike here to be fixed to be truthfully honest.

My son came here today to inquire about one of their bicycles, and got told he couldn't have it serviced here because it wasn't bought here. The rude owner even told him to leave and that he wasn't welcome here. My son didn't get angry or anything, and just left. There was absolutely no reason for the owner to be this rude with my son. I will make sure our friends and family know how сrарру this store is!
My son bought it much cheaper elsewhere, and frankly, I would too!
