★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma conjointe a été au service à la clientèle pour sa fermeture éclair brisé de manteau a 300$ et la préposée lui a dit qu'elle ne savait pas comment "zipper" son manteau. Elle a rit d'elle lors de son départ. Sérieux....
My wife went to customer service for her broken $ 300 coat zipper and the attendant told her that she did not know how to "zip" her coat. She laughed at her when she left. Serious....

Ok ouff c made generational....visit the store Thursday evening April 14, 2022...zero customer service .....but really zero....very disappointed because we had always had 7ne good experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je sais qu’il peut y avoir beaucoup de monde, mais quand les gens appellent pour vérifier la disponibilité d’un item quand on sait très bien que le site n’est JAMAIS exact, c’est possible de mettre la personne en attente au lieu d’être super bête. Les gens n’habitent pas tous à 5 minutes du magasin et faire un voyage d’une heure pour se faire revirer parce que l’item n’y est pas, c’est plate et ça arrive trop souvent.
I know there can be a lot of people, but when people call to check the availability of an item when you know very well that the site is NEVER accurate, it is possible to put the person on hold at instead of being super dumb. People don't all live 5 minutes from the store and travel an hour to get turned around because the item isn't there, it's boring and it happens too often.
