Pas de four, pas de frigidaire pour une famille de 5!
Le four indisponible pour 2 mois! Pas a cause du Covid, j'ai bien confirmé avec le manufacturier. A cause de Meubles RD.
Le frigidaire, dans le camion du livreur qui a pas les outils pour le livré. La je fait quoi?
Mise a jour. Je suis en contact avec le service a clientèle. Pas plus d'aide... A chaque jour la même histoire. Votre frigo vas etre livré demain. Toujours sans frigo. 2 mois d'attente pour le four, pas parce qu'il est indisponible mais a cause rd veut pas payer plus pour l'avoir plus vite. LG a confirmé.
Leçon : Achete ailleurs.
Mise à jour. J'ai mon frigo. Alors 1 ⭐ de plus. Encore 2 mois pour le four...
 $3500 of purchases of 3 devices and only 1 delivered! Atrocious service and their only defense is lies.
No oven, no fridge for a family of 5!
The oven unavailable for 2 months! Not because of the Covid, I confirmed with the manufacturer. Because of RD Furniture.
The fridge, in the delivery man's truck who doesn't have the tools to deliver it. What do I do?
Update. I am in contact with customer service. No more help... Every day the same story. Your fridge will be delivered tomorrow. Still no fridge. 2 months of waiting for the oven, not because it is unavailable but because rd does not want to pay more to have it faster. LG confirmed.
Lesson: Buy elsewhere.
Update. I have my fridge. So 1 ⭐ more. 2 more months for the oven...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PASSER VOTRE CHEMIN Service apres vente CATASTROPHIQUE jai acheté un divant et il est cassé au niveau du connecteur electrique donc non fonctionnel on as appeler la journé pour le signalé apres un mois aucune réponce de leur par on doit les talonné et ils nous reponde toujours dans 14 jours gagne de tabar....On va Je vous CONSEILLE DE NE PAS ACHTER DE CETTE COMPAGNIE PAS DE SERVICE
GO YOUR WAY CATASTROPHIC after-sales service I bought a sofa and it is broken at the electrical connector so it is not functional we called during the day to report it after a month no response from them we have to hound them and they always answer us within 14 days wins from tabar .... We will I ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NO SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons acheté un sofa et une cause il ne fait pas dans notre salon trop gros nous avons demandé à le changer il nous enlève 40% de ce que nous avons payé de sa valeur après une journée qu on l avait reçu je trouve ça exagérer le directeur voulait rien savoir poli mais il s en foutait à rock forest service de livraison pouri et l on échappé et traîner par terre résulte le divan matériel usé sur le côté et le bout croche nous avons envoyé message pour le réparer sans réponse à date
