J'ai acheté un téléviseur au Black Friday en 2018, un coup installé, ma 55 pcs Samsung me satisfaisait pas au niveau de la grosseur d'écran. J'ai communiqué avec le patron Daniel une semaine après l'achat et à ma grande surprise il me l'a changé pour une Curve 65 pcs sans aucun problème . Étant un peu critique de nature le service qu'il me donnait m'épatais déjà...
Depuis ce temps là si j'appelle pour un problème quelconque ( son ,configuration du système ) même si cela n'a pas rapport directement avec la tv , j'ai une écoute très attentive de leur part et ils se font un devoir d'y remédier . J'appelle ça un excellent service. Et demandé vous pas ou je vais aller pour mon prochain achat...

I bought a TV on Black Friday in 2018, once installed, my 55 pcs Samsung did not satisfy me in terms of screen size. I contacted the boss Daniel a week after the purchase and to my surprise he changed it to me for a Curve 65 pcs without any problem. Being a little critical in nature, the service he gave me was already impressing me ...
Since that time if I call for any problem (sound, system configuration) even if it is not directly related to the TV, I listen very attentively on their part and they make it their duty to remediate . I call it excellent service. And asked you not where I will go for my next purchase ...
