I had initially bought a OLED tv through the website as a demo for a sweet deal. It arrived a week later with a broken screen, contacted customer service and was told to return in store. This is where my great experience happened. The staff were very empathetic with the situation and found me a brand new better model and had us out of there in a flash! Big thank you to the staff at this location

I went to the store and explained to the associate that I would purchase a TV, but was unwilling to pay the $49.99 for delivery. Other retailers could match the price, the TV was not in stock there and I was also able to transport the TV myself. They agreed and said it would be free delivery. The receipt was done in a way that the TV was discounted $49.99, but the delivery was still listed at 49.99. I didn't think it was a big deal because the total price was the same and I was told it had to be done this way. Well, unfortunately the TV was defective and I ended up returning it to the store myself. Seeing how the receipt was done and despite my numerous attempts to explain the situation, they were willing to refund the TV, but unwilling the refund the $49.99 that was listed for delivery. I didn't even want to pay this amount in the first place and would have never agreed to purchase the TV under these terms. I trusted the associates but in the end I lost.

I ordered a flip 5 beginning of oct and just now find out they returned my item to the store because they can’t ship to a P.O. Box which Amazon, wish Walmart all do and now it’s going to take them 5 or more days to refund my money so I have to wait if I want to reorder thank goodness it’s not a Christmas gift or birthday gift I definitely will not be recommending order online from Best Buy go to Walmart Amazon wish even staples is way better and faster I don’t even give them 1 star so disappointed

The service at Best Buy in Cornwall, Ontario is phenomenal! The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable! Kudos to Enzo and Jade who were amazing at troubleshooting. I highly recommend this store! The staff are all very professional and shopping there or consulting the Geek Squad is always a positive experience!

2 days straight visited the store... First day after 15 min of deciding we were told sorry product not in stock.... Second day stood in line to check out for 15 min as 10 employees walked around us looked at us and kept waking only to leave the product and go buy it somewhere else. Customer service is junk. Lost $1000 worth of business over 2 days from us

Not store specific. Ordered a freezer online for delivery. They called the following day to try and sell me an extended warranty (which I refused) and to confirm delivery date. Was told that they would call to confirm the delivery window the day before delivery, which they did. They called the morning of the scheduled delivery to tell me the product was not available and they could re-schedule for a week or two later. Told them to cancel the order. I will never order from Best Buy online again. Unfortunately, because they charge your credit card when the delivery is confirmed, I'm stuck paying for the freezer and waiting for a credit. Update: They are also liars. They called back the following day telling me I had re-scheduled for the following week. I do not tolerate lying, so I was admittedly extremely rude to the girl on the phone. I'm assuming I'll never get my freezer and never get my credit... Hopefully, the next phone call from them will begin with "I'm sorry, we messed up big time, and want to apologize....

My wife went to your business and the lack of interest in her need for help was astounding. The geek squad are dead beats who must be hoping for work somewhere they can walk around and avoid customers. A geek told my wife he said just a diagnostic on my laptop would be 195 bucks. What a rip off. When my wife came out to the car I was outraged. Well best buy you will never see me again
