Multiple order mixups, ordered items not available at delivery time, repeated delays, clearly understaffed, phones are not answered, frustrated clients, etc.

They said it will come June 2nd 2022.
The item is delayed until June 7th. HD gives no tracking number, until I get on customer support. Now there is a 8 to 10 day delay, the chat person doesn't know the new date, nor which date it starts from, nor how they came up with this number. It just magically popped in their head as to hope that I go away.
The chat rep wasn't very helpful, slow and ignored my questions.
I am not sure why home depot is using this delivery company. I usually shop at Amazon, they hire reliable delivery companies. I recommend that HD does this as well. Won't be shopping online at HD anymore. What a bad mistake and experience. Thanks for giving me the run around. Have a nice day.

I’m so thankful to Christina in the Paint Department at Homes Depot Cornwall. She was so helpful and fixed our paint for us! I always buy my paint from here and I will continue to do so! Thank you so much ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such fine service today...Bought a shop Vac and Hudson helped us find a sealed box and then let us check to make sure everything was in the box...Steve was also a huge help..Appreciate the customer service very much..
