★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EB Games I'm sorry but I would not buy and recommend anybody to buy anything off of EB Games because what they sell they over price when you think you're going to get your money back out of it if you pay an Xbox 360 over $130 for it from them or $159 from them you think you're going to get your price back out of it no they buy these games are for $25 to $35 and then even then they don't want to buy them back so therefore I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy nothing from this place yes it back up the warranty with a little bit of hardship but they do back it up but I still want them do not want to buy and I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy anything from them because their way over to price that's why some of these stores are closing because people are getting smarter by not buying them from from these people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EB Games Brookdale location in Cornwall, Ontario is my favourite place to shop for video games. The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and always remembers my name. It is a great place! Their recommendations are always top notch. GREAT EXPERIENCE every time I go.

I ordered for pick up a Nintendo Switch but I didn’t see that « Cornwall » is not in Quebec but Ontario. (My bad for that I’m french from France so I didn’t know).
I let my boyfriend call them because I’m not so good in english with my french accent, to cancel the order (I finally found one in Montreal).
They took my money and said they will give me a refund the next week-end.
I didn’t have any refund + the order is still written as collected.
As a student I don’t have a lot of money. I hope to have my 400$+ back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to go christmas shopping and seen they were not open until 11am on a Friday. What kind of lazy person doesn't open until 11am on a Friday? There was atleast 6 other people who were trying to do Christmas shopping there aswell. Its all good though we took our money to Wal-Mart. You lost 1,200 from me alone. I have no idea how you guys are still in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not about the cornwall store just there online ordering. My order was just lost in limbo somewhere for 3 days.we called and the person at the store could not do a single thing. So 1.5 hr later on the phone i get threw and they said they contacted the store and to call in about an hr to have everything fixed. We waited a day. This time the girl tells us that they gave the wrong gift card number and were waiting for a reply. So i call again 20 minute way get hung up. Call again 16 minute wait get hung up on. Finally get threw and ask to cancel order because at this point its beyond annoying. They follow up with telling me my money will take 5-10 days to be reimbursed. So in the end i never get the game and my own money is held from me now for possibly a total of 13days. I will never buy there again. Amazon would have had my game at my door the following day.
