★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to IPhix for the first time today because my charging port on my cell was warn out and partially damaged so I couldn't charge my phone anymore. Ken was really honest with me and said that it would cost me about $150 to get it fixed. He thought I would be better off looking at buying a new phone so I did. I went back once I had my new phone and he got it up and running for me for free. I was so impressed and he is so good at what he does. He has excellent customer service and he is very pleasant to talk to. Thanks Ken for your service and honesty. Oh yes before I forget, he deserves a medium double double from Tim's once in a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner was very kind. Offered to order parts outside of his supplier in orde to fix an issue when an older laptop broke. Always better to go see someone who cares about what they do and their customers. Local. Quick. Standard prices, but with better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This week I had to take my mobile phone to iPhix in order to get some moisture removed.
I messaged the business on Tuesday and got a reply right away. They were informative, but they didn't go into a too much technical description that could overwhelm you. I ran into an issue where I could only go to the store between certain times, and when an emergency popped up with then, they quickly alerted me that we would need to reschedule. Some may be unhappy with this, but they saved me a trip and I am thankful for that.
My service ended up costing under $100, which seems ok to me. I walked in and was greeted and explained what was going to happen. I am very thankful for this place. While I hope I don't need to go back, if I do I'm going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using IPhix Cornwall for over a year. Absolutely amazing service! Ken is super knowledgeable and will do anything he can to try and fix the problem, if its fixable. I have brought him my laptop, phone, and tablets. I am very happy with the quality care given every time I arrive!!

He also helped give us information on where to go to get files off hard drive and helped explain why SD card was not working also gave a great estimate to get phone screen fixed. Hands down call him first for any technical issues in hopes he works on that type of technology.
