All they keep telling us is there's nothing they can do. I'm at a loss as to how they don't see anything wrong with this picture. We've probably paid 8000 dollars more than we should have.

We have an EXTREMELY small apartment and since living here for 2 almost 3 years, our bills have doubled, almost tripled and we have done NOTHING different at all. Actually, we cut back on our electricity. We have tried dealing with them and they are useless. Their customer service stinks. They can’t do anything and hardly even attempt to want to do anything but being the only electric company available in Cornwall, they could care less to screw people over or even help them with the issues they have.
O	Original Gamestir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the buisness that provides cornwall ontario with the power needed to provide electricity to all. They have resonate rates and bin a long standing buisness for many years in our city. They have enough support if promblem arise and are usually good to attend to any problems the customer has . Power is a great thing to be grateful for because in some parts of the world it doesn't exist . We pay for it but we also play for it .
S	Sophia Pineda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realistically never had a problem with billing or customer service. The only reason it’s 2 star is because it is the ONLY option for power in the city. Not sure who else is sick and tired of Monopolies overcharging us for essentials.
