I	Isaac Little on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked here when I was 16 and I want to make it clear that I am not bias but that I understand what it is like to work at this specific store. This is my experience and how I felt about it. I called to inquire about purchasing tires and scheduling an appointment to have them installed. The man at the parts desk immediately made it clear clear that it was not his job to schedule appointments and that he could only tell me if they had what I was looking for in stock. So after doing the absolute bare minimum he transfers me over to the service desk where I am informed multiple times, after multiple calls back, to hang up and try again. I then contact customer service and they connect me with an incredibly rude man in charge of the service desk. First thing he says to me is, and I quote, "We aren't booking appointments, eh? Our garage has the COVID." HOW DOES THE GUY AT THE PARTS DESK NOT KNOW THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Why was the first guy I talked to so rude, so lazy and so misinformed that he would send a customer on a hold loop. I took my money and getting same Day installation at Casselman Canadian Tire. Turns out their staff is trained to both check inventory and book appointments (bonus, they are smart enough not to spread COVID around at work). So thanks Canadian Tire in Cornwall; I know now to take my business to Casselman. Response: just come in. Me:I've tried that and no one was available. Responsse: Really!?? Me: Yeah Response. Are you sure??. Me: Yes Response: When did you come in? Me: During the week after work. Response: I didn't see you... on and on.. me: I'd like to book an appointment. Response: OK....
I	Infamous Dranzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to exchange my scooter Segway ninebot e22 ( had electrical brake issue)and wanted to upgrade to Segway-Ninebot max but it was sold out.So got my full refund everything went smooth and Customer service was nice and helpful and will go back to buy Segway-Ninebot max when they stock it up in few days ?

At first she made a snyde remark about my pack sack and then when she attempted to hand over my change I dropped a coin she shook her head at me and said in disgust "can't even hold onto change". I was so taken back by the attitude of this woman who looks like the sweetest little granda ever. Exactly like Mrs Claus. Can't judge a book by it's cover screams out in this scenario. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Way to go Canadian Tire ?

We showed up an hour later and the cashier (Ben) went to retrieve it for us. Overall a great experience. The store was well-stocked and well staffed.
K	Kania on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service people are great. Was there a few days ago to get a hulk item and they two people that helped uswere very helpful and friendly. There was an issue on the item they brought up first but the guy helping us just ran back and got the right box.

Had a nail in my tire, not only did they fit me in immediately, the patch job was all under warranty. As stated would recommend again and again to anyone and everyone! Excellent service!
