★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered several items from Staples online and only received part of the order. It turns out part of the order was refunded to me because they didn't have it in stock at the warehouse. Staples did not email me to tell me about this and the store employees also didn't inform me about this change when I picked up my order from the store. This would've been nice information to know when I returned home and opened boxes to find 4 of my 6 items missing from the parcels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually shop at the Notre Dame Staples (CS is AMAZING there), but I ordered something online which showed only availability at this store, well apparently they didn't have it, but their CS was not helpful at all and you can tell they don't give a darn about their customers. Way to start your New Year with horrible service. It will be a representation of how your year will go. I will be calling head office about how bad they are, but doesn't seem like the Marcus Staples would care anyway. Clearly the managers are not doing a good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service at the print department. Asked a couple employees from the printing department, I was told"I know nothing about printing" and then" it's a self-serve place, you have to figure it out yourself, we can't help you." At the end when 3 pictures come out blank, at least one employee said "we are not going to charge you for this 3 pictures ". Spend 2 hours to print 20 pictures and it's not done. Happy Easter and Thank you.
