β β β β β Nice big store. The staff are very friendly most of the time always asking if we need help. They have a Harveyβs outside that closes at 8pm and a huge parking lot. Nice clean washrooms and accessible entrance. In summer I get my flowers and plants from there. They also carry Christmas and seasonal decorations. We get the paint and washroom renovation materials there as well as the temporary signs (house for sale/open house etc) I recommend this place much bigger than the home hardware. They cut keys and wood. They have roofing materials. If you are new to renovating by yourself they also have books and will guide you.

β β β β β Purchased cabinets and custom doors from the Sudbury Location. I worked with Matt from the Kitchens departmant and was in good hands from beginning to end. Matt was able to make suggestions in the design phase that fit our unique needs. We ordered, and despite the long turnaround received all components. When the doors and hinges arrived I had some converns about the mounting apparatus, Matt when above and beyond to contact one of his installers (Bob M.). Bob made 2 visits to my house to be 100% sure that the parts were the right ones which gave me the confidence to complete the job without fear of damaging anything. We have just finished the install and the space looks great. Thanks Matt for all your help and going the extra distance to make this a good experience for me and my wife.

β β β β β We purchased a cart full of closet organizers, and a microwave. It's really easy to find things at Home Depot because of the large signs they use for their isles. The people who work there are really knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. There's just a lot of dust on some of the items we picked up. We're both covered in it. Other than that we love coming here.

β β β β β Rented a steam cleaner. Handle is cracked. Someone obviously tried to repair it before with duct tape.
So here I am. Halfway through job, repairing the rental tool with more duct tape as the vacuum part wasn't vacuuming very well.
And the handle is missing fasteners so air was escaping here too.
Come on, you can do better Home Depot.

β β β β β Got around 4000$ worth of materials delivered and dint have our full order. Paid for delivery but yet had to go run in town our selves to get the remaining anyways! But yet in hopes it would be outside and that it would actually be there since, they would be closed! Why pay for delivery if we have to go spend more money and time!! The main materials as well! How disappointing and upsetting! Cant forget that they did not do the proper design so had to go back and let them know and get even more few hundred of dollars in materials.

β β β β β Went here looking for supplies to fix an electrical issue in my house. No one around in electrical department so I went looking in other departments. I was told by first Home Depot employee that he was just going on his break so I would have to find another employee for help. Next Home Depot employee was nice but she didn't know where I could find what I was looking for and said she would send someone from the electrical department over. I waited for 30 minutes and no one came so I went to Home Hardware and got what I needed.

We don't have closets in our place so we got 2 easy to assemble clothing racks with shelves, a full length mirror, lamps, and collapsible storage bins to go with the clothing racks. The store is easy to navigate and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
