★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the staff were readily available to help, they were not very helpful. I am familiar with the Oakville location where we bought a number of pieces. We had bought 2 leather recliners there and wanted to purchase two additional ones. We did not see these in the Sudbury upon our visit. The attendant was utterly useless when we inquired about these chairs indicating that they were not available. I have ordered them online to be delivered to a Sudbury delivery company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Sudbury store was beautiful! Clean, well organized and displays were gorgeous. My first time at an Urban Barn and will definitely shop the one in my town. The duvet I purchased was purchased at $79 (tax excl) from $169. Great sale, great duvet and the 100% cotton washes beautifully and does not wrinkle too much. My sales representative, Cameron, was an pleasure -treasure! Professional to a "T" and did not push any extra sales on me. He was also very knowledgeable about the product I inquired about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is very inviting with a large selection of merchandise. It appears to be a good quality for the price. We were so happy to discover this store as we had been looking extensively for chairs for our table and struck gold here. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a visit to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the store and easily ordered a number of items that were on sale until May 7. Then when I went to pick up my order I noticed that area rugs were on sale, too. So I asked if they were available and they quickly added 2 area rugs to my order for pick up at the same time. The service was very quick and friendly! Cathy and Victoria were very helpful! Excellent experience shopping there during this busy half price sale time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a bit disappointed today. Visited Urban Barn, Sudbury location for the first time with my sister. Looking for a nice dining room including hutch. Also looking to furnish bedroom and living room. No other customers in the store and still not one sales rep even acknowledged being there. They looked at us and turned their backs. I don't like pushy salesperson but I still like to at least be acknowledged! Went to Structube next door where salesperson was very helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is beautifully laid out, with all of the same offerings as are available in larger urban areas (something we northerners can really appreciate for once). The staff are knowledgeable about both design and their products, helpful and will go above and beyond to help bring your vision together without ever having to be asked. 10/10 experience from start to finish. I will buy my next several pieces of furniture from this store without hesitation.
