K	Kay M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a table in store in September. Was advised it was out of stock and would be restocked mid to late November (later confirmed Nov 24th). This was fine because we wanted to have it for Xmas so there was no rush. Customer service in store was great. Checked for updates on the status after the 24th to then be told it may restock Dec 15th now. Very disappointed. If I was made aware that the dates would change, I would have ordered from another business. Will not be ordering from them again.
j	jaz johns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very unhappy with the customer service at the Sudbury Location. My family and I walked in and were completely ignored the entire time we were browsing. We kindly said “hello” to an employee and they walked right past us. Improvement needs to be made!

From polo chairs, to kitchen tables, to couches, coffee tables, dressers, end tables, mirrors, sideboards - She is very helpful, friendly, approachable & doesn’t hound when shopping! I refer all my family to her. If she isn’t working I will leave. Sadly over the years customer service really has suffered, however it’s nice knowing that isn’t the case when visiting my favourite store!

Corinne was extremely helpful and I got my newly selected chairs within a week! Without her help we'd still be sitting on our camping chairs around our new Arly table. I won't be dealing with anyone but her from now on when I go there. Nice to see there is real customer service still out there and she put a smile on my face :)
