Chad was an amazing sales person. He came to help a few moments after arrival. He managed to get me an even better deal than what was showing on the sale price. He was very polite and explained things to me in great detail. I give him a 5 star. You should be proud to have him your staff. Happy new year.

NEVER BUY FROM THEM WORST SERVICE EVER!!! First when they delivered the washer/dryer, there was a tiny issue on the wall to properly fix the dryer exhaust. However, we had the necessary tool to fix it and it would just take two minutes to go to the admin office to grab it. They didn’t want to wait and was going to leave the machines right in front of my bathroom entrance! Their excuse is because they 19 more deliveries that day! Maybe a solution could have been to schedule less delivery to take more care of their customers. Luckily, my construction guy came back right in time to fix it and they installed it. Then I tried using the machines right after and had no issue. But after three more loads in two weeks, water started leaking where the hoses are connected to the tap. I called back the Brick and they didn’t want to come back to take a look because it has been after the 48 hours service guarantee! But leaking after FOUR loads!!!! I had to call a plumber to come fix it and it turns out the hoses I received were defective. Not only I had to pay for new hoses but also had to pay for the plumber’s time to fix it! The extra money I had to pay to fix the issue doesn’t even cover the amount I saved from the low price at the Brick. Not counting the fustration of having to deal with them when they don’t even to help! Going-forward I rather pay a little more to save all these hassles!

Couldn't ask for better service. Our very knowledgeable salesperson, Donna spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. We never felt rushed. On our second visit, Donna once again spent time with us but unfortunately we could not find what we wanted. Donna took the particulars along with our name and number.She assured us that she would keep looking. We have full confidence in her. When shopping at The Brick make sure you ask for Donna, you will get 100% good service.

The Brick is the perfect place to shop for any type of furnitures you need. I shopped in about six other stores before I found the right colors, style, and price. Been talking to some salesperson but I was most impressed with Donna who was extremely attentive, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond to provide me with the items I wanted. Outstanding customer service and attention to details. Thank you

Our dryer needed to be replaced so we decided to buy a pair of dryer&washer... I called the customer service at the Brick and spoke to Donna V. She made the entire process easy & gave me different options (brands, pros and cons and payment options), no pushy and rush sales. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for Donna Mae when you're at The Brick she's amazing to deal with.

Chad has been so helpful once we entered the store. He is very good with customer service. Got us the deals we wanted and helped us with our financing application. I would recommend him when you are looking to purchase anything for your home. He will help you till you get out of the door. He is a great person. And thank you so much THE BRICK (and the Big Boss) for the super deal we had from you and for the freebies! ?? We will surely be back!

We went to town to purchase a stove today and went to several appliance centers. Yes we may have possibly seen a better deal however what brought us back initially to the Brick was that the fact that we were served by an AMAZING Sales Rep Derek Pattenden. Not only was he super professional but very honest and knowledgeable. He didn't try to rush us into any sale but rather took his time to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. We will definitely be back to the Brick to purchase more furnishing from Derek.....so should you. Honesty accounts for everything and he went beyond our expectations.

Never will I ever purchase anything from the brick again. Ordered a full bedroom set in October. Due to logistic issues world wide we were told that it would be in in February. In January they started calling me to take possession of the pieces they had in stock. Told then I wanted it shipped complete. After threatening to cancel the order because of harassment( they were calling every 2-3 days) they stopped calling and got the hint to ship complete. On Thursday Feb 17 2022 I got a call that all was in except for the slats that hold the matress but they had a set from a floor model we can use until ours came in I excepted. Got the bed put together only to find the slat supports where 4 inches to short and did not reach the floor. They sent a second set that was still 3 1/2 inches to short. Was told to put books under it. I asked for a 500$ refund (so I can go get lumber and properly fix the legs)on a 3500$ bed set or a complete return of everything and I would go elsewhere. Was told I cannot return for a credit as I had taken possession and opened the boxes. The best they would do was 200 bucks. A slap in the face for their mistake. Never purchase anything from this store they are a nightmare to deal with and once they have your money they forget that you spending money in the store actually pays their wage.
