★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should be ashamed of how you treat elders. My mother in law and her legally blind friend attended your store yesterday. All her friend wanted was to get her proof of vaccination shrunk to the size of a credit card and laminated so life would be easier for her since she can't see. She was told to come back cause they don't do it that day. These are 2 elders with disabilities ... Then they asked where they could find a picture frame and were sent you isle 5 but of course it wasn't isle 5. Then they asked for a strong magnifying glass and were told" nope we have none". No one assisted them even when they were the only 2 customers there. I just don't understand how you can do this to people who already struggle getting out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less I would. This location should be embarrassed but they aren't because they couldn't give a shlt. Not sure how things get to be this terrible and some manager still has a job. Well you better keep that job because out in the real world of not working for a franchise with no accountability no one would ever hire you. I don't even know where to start with this store because I've wasted enough time on it but I will never be back. I had several discussions with the staff on site and they are clueless anyway. Anyhow.. good riddance Staples on Notre Dame and most of your employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LISA AKA "CARON" from the printing department is rude to all customers and staff she works with. She refused to let the nice employee who works in the same department, help me print a picture. Lisa went out of her way to tell this employee "to go away" while she was in the middle of helping me. Then when I asked Lisa to help me, she refused and rudely said to me that I shouldn't have asked the other employee for help and she shouldn't be helping me. She then gave me attitude, rolled her eyes at me and told THE SAME employee to help me because Lisa was apparently "too busy". Lisa then continued on to complain to me and said that working at staples is unfair, she said she hasn't eaten yet and that they are understaffed. Meanwhile, while she was trying to intimidate and boss me and this employee, there was a line up of customers waiting and watching all of this happen. She completely embarrassed us both. I've been to staples numerous times for printing and each time has been the exact same quality of customer care from this employee. Poor and unsatisfactory.
