Xbox was returned within a few hours working like new and ps4 was supposed to take a few weeks for parts but got it in sooner and was surprised and delighted that it also worked liked new. Thx Rob. If I ever have another issue this is the place I will go 100%

I spilt water on my computer while writing a midterm and desperately needed it fixed asap. And I consented to the 50$ diagnosis fee. I got a call back that my computer was not fixable 45 minutes later, and that I owed 113$. There was no attempt to fix it at all, and I was forced to pay the full fixing fee even tho not even an hour of labour was spent and nothing was done to my computer. I expressed to the owner how unfair I felt this was and all he did was say I was paying for his 30 years of experience and to take up my problem with the whole tech industry. He was really rude and not understanding, make sure you read the fine print of the document he makes you sign. The whole thing is a total scam! There are way better places than here.

I had asked you, in advance through your Facebook page, if you refilled color cartridges and you simply said yes. I even asked the cost.. you did not bother to tell me it would depend on the cartridge or there were any exceptions. So I drove over there and that is when I learned. I understood your explanation, I just wish you had told me before going there. When I tried to discuss my situation, because I was genuinely interested in options, you were very short with me, because you were more interested in your phone call. That is why the customer service was poor and frustrating. I did try to talk to you about it. You weren't interested in discussing.
I don't typically leave these types of comments, but the whole thing was just really negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob was simply amazing to deal with—very professional and a great sense of humor. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and what it would cost.
After my daughter moved out of our house to a new home with her partner, she had left her laptop behind as “it wasn’t working anymore”. She had tried several things to fix it but wasn’t successful. When I looked up the Dell model number, it seemed like it was worth fixing especially with its 17” screen. I brought it Rob, who got it up and running for a very reasonable price. The turnaround time was better than expected, even though a replacement part had to be ordered. Needless to say, my wife and I are very pleased, and even more so when our daughter said we could keep it.
I will definitely be going back. I’ll try out his ink cartridge refilling service next, which should save me some money on expensive OEM ink cartridges. I’ve paid the cost of my printer many many times over just in ink cartridges, so I’m hopeful!

The owner is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for saving me hundreds of dollars, by fixing my old laptop instead of purchasing a new one.
