K	Katelyn Tinkis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were snobby and not helpful. Tried on wedding dresses there twice and we got bad vibes from the staff. They did not offer many options and we felt rushed through the appointment. I came back at a later date with one of my bridesmaids to check out colours for dresses - we were not ready to buy, just wanted to get ideas for colours, styles, etc... and we were approached and told that I shouldn’t even be looking at bridesmaids dresses yet. Did not offer any help or ask if I had any questions. That employee then went back to gossiping with the other employees working that day. We left shortly after as it was incredibly uncomfortable and we did not feel welcomed. That was the icing on the cake for me. Actually ended up driving all the way to Barrie to buy my dress there instead.

The owner Jennifer went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and was so accommodating. Our wedding was postponed due to COVID so I didn't end up purchasing but I know where I'll be going when we have a new firm date and I lose these extra quarantine pounds lol!

Lisa has a fantastic eye: she can tell what style of dress will complement a bride's body type just by looking at her, and wow does she ever know her stuff! I am very happy with my wedding dress. Lindgren's has a great selection of dresses and their knowledgeable staff offer expert advice. I had to have my dress shipped to me. The packaging was excellent and I received the order promptly. Do not pass up this gem of a boutique!

She listened to what my niece envisioned and found the perfect dress for her and brought her to tears. You know it's the one when!! It was as if it was meant for her, fit her to perfection.

I brought my daughter there last week to try on graduation dresses. At first the younger girl was nice to us, then when they realised my daughter only fit a size 16( normally she is a 10) and up in dresses their tone changed. They would not help her put the dresses on, I had to ask them. She brought her 3 dresses and that was it. The older lady showed her 2 dresses but when my daughter said she didn't like the style the older lady looked extremely annoyed. Those 2 workers brought my daughter to tears, they made her feel horrible about herself. Not once did they offer her a kind word or even go above and beyond for her. It broke my heart to see my daughter cry. This should have been an amazing experience for her, it was her day to feel like a princess,but instead these two ladies robbed her of that. Once they realised she was upset they ignored us, they didn't bring her anymore dresses, they did nothing! They walked away and talked to the other lady who was in there. As we were leaving the older lady rudely said, have a nice day. I found those 2 ladies who worked Wednesday April, 20 to be impolite, ill-mannered, inconsiderate, judgemental. If you are planning on going here for a bridal dress or a formal dress.. DON”T! ……GO TO PRICELESS BRIDAL WHERE YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE THE PRINCESS YOU ARE.
S	Stephanie Rossini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my experience! All the girls were welcoming and made me feel comfortable when trying on dresses. I said yes to the dress here and don’t regret it!! My bridesmaids also bought their dresses here and we had so much fun!
