★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I place a on-line order Nov 2 2020 and it was a Christmas gift. I have never received said order and I had to contact the post office myself to investigate because no one at customer service was doing a damn thing about it. It is Jan 7 2021 and still nothing I received 1 phone and they said they would contact me via e-mail which I am still waiting , I want a REFUND at this point and I am still waiting.................................................... USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I was argued with by the sales associate shelly, never seen anything like it.
I know the manager very well and have always always always had amazing service.
Unfortunately, wrong people have been hired and I will not return while this individual is working here.
She actually left my return process to help another customer that didn't buy anything.
Not impressed.

They are willing to go that extra mile to ensure your satisfied 100%. I actually prefer shopping in store than online just because of the great service and selection.
