β β β β β After a certain time (11pm I think) they close the building, so if you come in on a late bus, be prepared to wait outside for a ride or to grab a taxi. There's no access to vending machines or washrooms either. If it's winter time and you're getting in late, call your ride ahead of time because you'll freeze waiting out in the cold. When its open, it's a big open space with lots of seating and public washrooms. They have a phone charging station as well.

β β β β β The wait was okay, nothing too special about it! There is a mall across the street so it's nice if you need something for your trip waiting for a connection.

β β β β β Nothing too exciting to post about here, just needed a refund for online purchase of bus tickets and could only be done by going in to the terminal. However, inside the terminal was very nice and clean! ?

β β β β β Nice clean terminal. Friendly staff. On time buses. Clean toilets. Regular buses from different parts of Ontario. I personally came here from Toronto. The ride was comfortable. Driver was good. Bus was on time. Recommend their services.
