★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean store, needed half pieces 3 inch by 3 inch Brown aluminum downspout. They only carried 10 ft pieces. April 16 245 PM. Large group of employees, 6 as minimum around contractor exit cash register having too much fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to purchase an appliance. Rebecca went out of her way to find the right associate to help with the process, as well as locating stock in the warehouse. Overall, the process was very smooth and I paid up and on my way in no time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jose at customer service went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had purchased a set of hand tools and the reciprocating saw did not work. She was able to replace just the saw for us and made our visit quick and easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked 2 employees and both couldn't assist me and I waited while they looked for someone to assist me. The employee was as knowledgeable as I am with the different types of screws. Total waste of time.
Bought 1 x 2 x 8
Wood is all warped. Not usable to build small pieces of furniture. Very disappointed with quality of wood.
Cashier requested assistance, to assist me to bring the wood to my vehicle..
I was not happy about no one showing up.
I had a health trauma that left me with limitations.
Pushing cart with wood to my vehicle caused me unnecessary pain.
Will shop where they provide Customer Service.
Customer service has finished tremendously since first opening of the store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a winch online, yesterday they dropped a snowplow off in my driveway.
Called them cause I can't move this thing around (was dropped off with a pallet jack, weighs 340lbs), plus if I did move it and they try to come pick it up when I'm not home then what. Plus, they are trying to get me to deal with getting it picked up, what is that about.
They tell me it will take a few days to get this figured out. Asked about my winch I ordered and when they would send it, told me only once the plow gets returned, and if I want it sooner I would have to re-purchase it (with a 10% discount). I asked to talk to a supervisor, they told me it will be up to 72 hours before they return my call. Meanwhile, I have a pallet in my driveway and still don't have what I originally ordered coming. first time I've ever ordered from Lowe's, looks like it's gonna be the last time too..
Edit: To respond to your robotic reply Lowes, if you read the review you'd know I already did call, but since you're just a bot clearly you don't know this. It's been over 4 days now and still no response from Lowes. pure BS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to knowledge Janice at customer service for the extra effort and her empathy dealing with me this afternoon.
As I did not have my receipt she managed to help me get a gift card I could use at the store which is fine with me as my renovation is not over.
I am from out of town Visiting Sudbury for few days.
I have noticed that another employee as I was trying to load some return material from my car, asked me if I needed help as he was going for his break.
This is refreshing to witness that there are people out there who believe in customer service especially after a long shift.
Thank you Janice for helping me today and keep up the good work.
