★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fresh and delicious food. Even though we have another A&W closer to our home we always choose to go to this one. The location is perfect in the New Sudbury shopping area. The store is clean and the food is always fresh. We go there at different times of the day and the food is great all the time. We might need to wait a bit for it to be ready but that’s because they make it to order. They have accessible entrance and accessible washroom as well as handicapped parking space. They also have a couple of tables outside that we use during summer. There is a huge parking lot and at the end of the plaza there is an LCBO. It is across from Silver city (cineplex). Also in the same plaza there is Marshall’s, Best Buy and Toys r us. It is a lively restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Served in a timely manner on lunch rush during 2022, good covid protocols. Delicious.
I really like the new sinks outside the washrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove thru today and che habanero chicken was awful. Overcooked... Dry and had no flavor. It was definitely not the chubby chicken patty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing I noticed was the tables were not cleaned properly. I observed a couple leaving after finishing their meal and the server came and very lightly and quickly swiped about half of the table surface and left.. Other than that, it was ok..
