I	Idrees Idrees on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the staples to buy a laptop computer but the sales person was trying to sell me unnecessary monthly services. I got so frustrated and told the sales person that I want to buy this computer, if you want to sell it fine other wise I am not interested anyother service. He served in a very rude manner because I did not buy his offered unnecessary service. I request to the management that please do not push customers to buy unnecessary services which they do not need.
R	Ryle Ascher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually leave reviews but i had such a terrible experience at the print/shipping center. Employees seemed so miserable like they were forced to go to work. They had such a bad attitude especially the one who seemed like she was the manager? She was so condescending. No one was willing to assist despite me standing cluelessly for help, and was so rude when giving instructions. Wasted $30 in supplies I didn’t even need/ or use because of the lack of assistance. Great place to go if you’re looking for someone to ruin your mood!

Henna (?) made sure I knew that the box had been opened and she would look for another one for me if I wanted. I was so happy with her service that I wanted to write a review so someone knew she was amazing! She was so cheerful too!!

My wife and daughter had their passport photos taken at this store and I did the same exact thing with my son at Staples in London. Paid $28 plus HST as posted and had the digital copy on my USB stick at no charge after confirming it. My wife and daughter were double charged $56 plus HST for the exact same thing. Get a better management who knows their policies better. Staples should have the same policies everywhere.

I went to print my wedding invitations and I had a great experience. The staff member who helped me, Brianna, helped resolve a couple problems with my layout. She was very patient and quick. Her attitude stayed positive even though there were a couple other people with challenging projects at the same time.

I forgot to ask their names but anyways, the customer service is phenomenal. I have been here few times and never had any disappoints. Keep up the work!

I was able to email the file to the friendly staff member helping me, and within minutes I was holding the final product. The employee showed me several different paper options and explained the benefits of each. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire experience took less than ten minutes. I very much appreciate the follow up from Staples inquiring about my future printing needs and how they might be able to help. I will definitely come back here when I need something in the near future.
